Please read these Terms before using Sivloc.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sivloc on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Sivloc is a budgeting and money-tracking tool for personal organization only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and its calculations — including the daily "safe to spend" figure — are estimates based on the numbers you enter. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
Sivloc Plus is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly, with an introductory free trial where available. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase (or when the free trial ends). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Sivloc is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
